This week on Out of the Box Live

This week’s guest is Ron Hedges, former U.S. Federal Magistrate Judge. As US Federal Magistrate Judge, he made a landmark decision that imposed fines on a company for spoliation of electronically stored information (ESI). Since then he has written guides for influential associations such as The Sedona Conference, Federal Judicial Center and American Bar Association.

These days Ron is busy as both a practicing attorney for Dentons and an active speaker. In this episode we will talk with Ron about how privacy, records and what records and information professionals should be doing to remain proactive in the event of an audit.
